    I switched from Packet8, picked it up for $30 a month with a 12 month promo, allowing me to upgrade other services and still save money. The installer wanted to drill holes through my wall and run wires to the outside box, but I had a phone splitter and was able to just set the box on my desk. The call quality so far as been excellent and no downtime that we have noticed. Several options are there for control by the phone, but it would be nice if they could be changed online as well.
